AUP/DMCA Policy

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of Wholesaler Connect (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

  • Conduct wholesale transactions, introductions, or closings outside of the Platform.

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading property or business information.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

  • Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Platform (including hacking, scraping, or using bots).

  • Misuse or improperly share another user’s data or personal information.

2. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account;

  • Forfeiture of fees paid;

  • Legal action, including claims for damages.


DMCA Policy

Wholesaler Connect respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with the following details:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.

  3. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, including its location on the Platform.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send us a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where Wholesaler Connect is located).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
